Welcome to Voyawild Safaris. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making any reservations.
Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability.
Reservations must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment as stated in the booking invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in case of incomplete or incorrect information.
Payments and Refunds
Payment can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or as specified in your booking confirmation.
Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
Refund policies vary by package and will be clearly stated during booking.
Changes and Cancellations
Clients may request changes to itineraries or dates; changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on timing relative to the scheduled trip.
Voyawild Safaris reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to weather, political unrest, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Travel Documents and Requirements
Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance.
Voyawild Safaris is not liable for denied entry to Tanzania or Zanzibar due to missing or invalid documents.
Health and Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or disabilities prior to booking.
Participation in safaris, trekking, or adventure activities carries inherent risks. Travelers undertake all activities at their own risk.
Guides and staff will provide safety instructions, but Voyawild Safaris is not liable for injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies.
Liability
Voyawild Safaris acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (lodges, camps, guides, transport).
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by third-party suppliers.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.
Conduct
Travelers are expected to respect local culture, laws, wildlife, and environments.
Voyawild Safaris reserves the right to remove any client from a tour for misconduct, safety risks, or disruptive behavior, without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on Voyawild Safaris’ website, brochures, and promotional materials are copyrighted and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Tanzanian law and jurisdiction.
